I'm using an old version of InfoWorks (long story, don't want to switch in the middle of a project), and trying to figure out what values I should use for Horton infiltration.

When I Google it, I can find the theory and occasionally some values, but I can't find a table that relates Horton values to soil type. This is important as it could significantly affect the outcome of the hydrology model. (I think the values I estimated to start with are conservative, but I'm not sure.)

I need "initial loss" (no apparent units), "Horton initial" (in/hr), "Horton limiting" (in/hr), and "Horton decay" (no units).

Help? Thanks!

What part of the country are you in. There is guidance from the state dot in Arizona. Have you considered your local/state agencies?

The SWMM manaual provides some "typical" values that may be appicable for your project
