Several years ago I was an avid user of Microstation, with frequent use of the InfoSnap application. After a 5 year break, I am once again using Microstation and I'd like to incorporate the InfoSnap application into my daily use. I followed the instructions to download the application but I'm having trouble getting it to work. In Microstation I can view and edit the "InfoSnap Settings" window, but I can't get the information pop up window to appear when I snap to an element. I'm not sure if there's a setting in Microstation or InfoSnap that I'm suppose to change, but I'm running out of ideas. Any recommendations?
