Is there a manual that describes switch details, minimum radii for curves, max grades, etc.? Cad details for rails, ties, switches, grade crossings, etc.?

Further to the original question... Does anyone know of a site where there are AutoCAD drawings showing switches, crossing tracks and road/rail crossings?

EaglePoint was developing a Rail Design Package a few years ago, but it was dropped before release. A Google search also didn't yield much, but I'm not aware of readily available AutoCAD templates. We've generated them on a case by case basis from AREMA over the years.
