You have a very good textbook in english :" The pressuremeter and Foundation Engineering" by F.Baguelin, J-F Jezequel and D.H. Shields ,1978, Trans Tech Publications
You also have a european norm on the pressuremeter test.
You can also lok for publications by Prof Jean Louis Briaud.
