Info needed on Pall Disc Tube membranes for desalination

Does anyone have experience with Pall Disc Tube membranes for seawater desalination applications? I am looking for new technologies with regards to small desal system (upto 10000 GPD)design. The goal (as always) is trying to reduce operting and maintenance costs. What about energy recovery ideas on such small systems.
