I am a university student from the Philippines and have an undergraduate thesis related to the infiltration rate. I am struggling to find suppliers or sellers that sells a relatively affordable instruments (specifically mini disk or turf tec infiltrometer).Some of the products came from US and they are pretty expensive and it will be a struggle for the time it will consume for the shipping. I wanted to know if there is any one that has second hand infiltrometers or can recommend a website/dealer that is near the Philippines?
