Can a 380 volts 50 hz Induction Motor run on either 415 volts or 430 volts 60 hz supply

It wants 456 Volts at 60 Hz. The performance may be similar to a 460 Volt NEMA motor running at your voltages.

It'll work but run 20% faster and produce 82% of rated torque.
