Hi All,

Am beginner to Ansys Workspace v10. Am planning to do a thermal analysis of a PCB board with IC mounted on the board. This calls for applying a plastic material to IC device and a copper to the PCB baord. I have designed the two components in DesignModeler, but then they both get merged to one, and I am unable to apply individual material to the components. This was possible in the classis version Ansys 7. Please let me know how i can do this.
