ok, so your company is applying to be a DOA. There's a lot involved in doing this, a lot of interaction with the regulatory folks (to make sure the regs are being followed). There should be lots of "AC" material around about becoming a DOA and there should be folks to talk to inside EASA who'll help you understand things. and there should be EASA training, which might answer some of your questions, but should give you contacts to ask.
