Inconel overlay on CS pipe

Hi Gents,

I have a question regarding Inconel 625 weld overlay(3mm) inside CS pipe (wall thickness 25.4 mm). Please tell me with code refernce "if stress relief after weld overlay is required or not".

Construction code: ASME B31.3 and welding as per ASME IX.
