Including "dummy" Bodies in AbaqusCAE

Hello,
I'm quite new to Abaqus and finished my first frequency analysis. The oscillating body (only a small part of the whole model) on its own doesnt work well for a presentation. Is there a possibility to include the rest of the model as a "dummy" body that is excluded in the computation but included in the animation?

You can use those parts as Display Bodies (preferred) or Rigid Bodies.
