Good day, forum

We have got a contract for incinerator engineering in an existing chemical plant. A rather big chemical plant has a lot of gaseous and liquid toxic wastes which have to be burned in a safely manner. Now it has some incinerator but it can not comply with the modern ecology limits.

Liquid wastes to be burned varies from aqueous solutions contaminated toxic organic and inorganic chemicals to pure warfare chemical agent (cyanhydric acid). Total rate of wastes (gas + liquid) reaches up to 80 t/h.

If you have some experience with responsible and qualified manufacturers of complex and power-intencive incinerators - please share some contact. We mostly interested in Europe and Asia manufacturers. We found some in Europe (Fives ITAS, Honeywell UOP (Callidus), John Zink, Combustion Solution, Caloric). Is there some dedicated manufacturers in Japan?
