In search for an EPRI paper on Seismic Multi-Mode factor

Hi,

I'm in search of an EPRI paper on Seismic Multi-Mode factor. I have tried many places, but unable to find it. I just want to find out what kind of system it provided justification for, simply support or multi span etc. But it cost $9500 on EPRI.....YES, with two zero behind it....

The closest I was able to find was a summary of the 5228-SL report available at the NISEE archive:
