I have created a Wheel using Solidworks, basically an assembly of a wheel's rim with the wheel disc and bolts and nuts. I would like to make a simulation where the whole wheel rotates at a certain constant speed, say 50rpm. I went to motion study, and I chose the RotaryMotor and set constant speed of 50rpm & I selected the outer face of the rim for the motor and chose the time frame for the simulation as 10 seconds. But when I run the simulation, the wheel does not rotate at all. What could be the problem here?

Can you spin everything manually in the regular SolidWorks ViewPort? If not, (as Jeff hinted at above), you probably have something constrained too tightly to perform the simulation.
