for level DP measurement, is it possible to know how frequent or the rate of vapor condensation in the LP side. This is to know how often you need to calibrate in case you do not want to go for wet leg configuration.

That would depend on many factors such as vapor composition, temperature, pressure, etc.

The more you know, the more you know you don't know.
 
If you have dry leg that fills with condensation, the typical approach is to drain the condensation from the drip leg that extends below the elevation of the LP sensing port, instead of 'calibrating' to adjust for the offset of condensation in the dry leg.
