Importing PP data maps from Thermal Deskt

Hello everyone,i need some help with a project. Im using
pro/e to do structure analysis and Thermal Desktop to
carry out my thermal FEAs i need to take the a post
processed data map from Thermal Desktop and import the
data in Pro/e to do a structure analysis with it.

Thermal can export PP maps as nastran files but it needs
a pre-processed nastran model to imput the data. My
question is how can i generate a nastran file with proe
that TD can use as an imput file.
