Importing pkg files into Ideas

I have a customers assembly in a ideas pkg file on cd and am having promlems importing it into "ideas library data". All the parts are shown on the import window, but when I check the options and check for conflicts the status column says "file missing" and the import status severity says "Error". Any help would be great

Sounds like the .prt & .asm files are missing. A common mistake is to send only the .pkg file when transferring data. Unfortunately this is only a header file and all the other data files are required for a successfull import.
