Importing model to Abaqus 1

Hi engineers. I was to import a model file (complex) from Autodesk Netfabb to Abaqus but cant find any suitable format or way of converting it . Any solutions?
List of outputs i soppose:

Try with STL, this format is supported in Abaqus. Just use Plug-ins —> Tools —> STL Import to load this file into Abaqus.
