Import xyz point mesh cloud and convert to solid

Hi,
I am trying to import the attached xyz point cloud and convert it into a solid in SolidWorks, but when I do it has a lot of holes in it.

I am opening the file, then using the mesh prep wizard to turn it into a solid.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
