In modeling building frames in ETABS, we have this rigid zone offset option to specify that a certain portion of the end length of the beam can be considered rigid against rotation. I am wondering if someone has implemented this consideration in Abaqus. I would like to get your feedback on how you approached it.

Abaqus doesn't have such built-in functionality. You would have to model it manually using available constraints.

Yes, Sir. I am fully aware that there is no direct way of implementing it in Abaqus. Can you give hint as to which type of constraint I should be looking at for implementing rigid zone offset?
