I am using a immersion burner to heat and cool a zinc melting furnace. the tube is a ceramic compound. I would like to know if anyone has heard of heating and cooling through the same tube. For example zinc below 850 f burner firing at 100% air and gas. zinc above 860 f burner at 100 % air and min gas to keep flame saftey happy.

Any information would be great
