I'm seeking formulas to calculate compression,stiffness and buckling 2

I am seeking the L3x3x1/4 Steel angle formulas to hold a big square bin (there will be 4 legs). I want the formulas to calculate how much weight can they take.

and look in Chapter E (that's for compression members).

The capacity of the legs will not just be a function of the gravity load in the bin but also the combination of the gravity load plus bending in the legs due to seismic loads and/or wind loads.
