II-D 1995 Edition

I'm working on an older vessel that was fabricated from P355NL1 material. I know in the 2019 Edition they removed P355GH, but was P355NL1 ever in II-D, specifically the 1995 Edition.. or if the stress tables were in VIII-1, was it there?

I have a Section II Part D from 1998.

I wasn't familiar with the designation P355, but found it in a more current Part D as a grade within SA/EN 10028 (and others).

With that as a guide I looked at the 1998. I cannot find any dual SA/EN materials listed. The carbon steel materials are sorted by strength, but I also couldn't see anything in that area of the Table 1A listings.

If the vessel was designed based on an equivalent SA material I could look for that.

P355 is a grade, EN 10028 is a product form standard (just like ASTM A516)
