IGES GUI Stopped Working

In AutoCAD 2000 I always typed in "igesin" and the GUI would pop up. Now it never pops up and I have to do everything from the command line which is inconvenient with hundreds of files.
Does anyone know what would have caused this?

Try to set the variable CMDDIA to 1
Restart Autocad.
