Can anyone explain in short what IEC 60331 covers as compared to fire testing under IEC 60332-1 or 60332-3?

As per my recollection,IEC 60331 stipulates requirements for Fire survival (FS)cables whereas IEC60332 is for Fire Retardant (FR) cables (Hope I am right).
