Can anyone point me in the right direction, I am looking for an SAE standard for electrical connector material (plastic) that will be used inside of the automotive transmission.

It will most likely be heat stabilised nylon 6.6.

Quite likely DuPont will list what standards certain grades of their Zytel brand meet. That could be a good starting point for a search

My knowledge of automotive industry standards is out of date, but as I recall, different companies used different stds.

SAE, Mil and FMT(?) spring to mind.
