IDEAS - changing mesh orientation

I want to change mesh orientation in IDEAS but I don't know how. Do you know how to do it?

Hi, check in Simulation -> Meshing -> press Ctrl+M, select Element->Modify (select elements) then Reverse Connectivity. I hope that´s you want.
