I would like to buy papers from International Conference of Soil Mechanics and Foundation Engineering. Wondering if anyone knows any web address or other sources. Thanks.

that's only because they changed the name. Not sure they "sell" papers although they might through Elsevier Press (or something like that). I am blessed with having all of the first 5 or 6 of the conference proceedings and San Fran in '85. The paper that Poulos wrote for the Turkey conference is very good.
