Icons for Mirror3d, Align, Copy3d

For some reason when ACAD 2002 installs off my IV Series 6 CD it doesn't include the icons for the 3D Modify commands. I found them on the web awhile back but lost them and can't find them again.

Does anybody know where I can find them?
