Icon property problems in VB5 on Windows XP

I am running into problems when I try to assign an icon to a form on Visual Basic 5 running on Windows XP Home. I am always getting an "Invalid property" warning no matter the size or color depht of the bitmap being assigned as the icon.

Has anybody had this problem before? Please help.
