ICEM Surf Tutorials

Hello everyone!

I like to learn class A surfacing with ICEM Surf but training is very expensive. I already have access to the software and the reference manual. Still I am have a hard time trying to learn the software. Can anybody tell me where I can find/buy training manuals, cd's or books about ICEM Surf?
