Hello,
i am looking for a chip (receiver) .
-Frequency between 100 kHz - 400 kHz
-Data rate > 2 kb/s
-Modulation : all
-current consumption < 200 uA ( or < 500 uA), standby
- wake up sensitivity

i work with the AS3931 (austriamicrosstems) and ATA5283 (ATMEL) but it is not OK for me.

Please just tell me where (datasheet) i can find this chip.

Thank you for your help

The only somewhat similar chip I know of is the Xemics XE1209 which has a 30 to 70 kHz range.

Is this fr.range approved for digital transmission?
