I resently graduated as a chemical engineer as aresult I would like to get some advise. What I can do to be become a better and good chemical engineer in the near by future. Thanks in advance.

Perhaps try other forums on this site, such as "Trends and Strategies", "Corporate Survival"...
I'd say, get some experience as fast as you can and register as an engineer in training, complete your apprenticeship and get professional status. Learn to appreciate the code of ethics that the association will have. Go to professional group meetings and network with colleagues. In the longer term, don't be afraid to focus on a specialty, develop skills and consult.
Read read read! Hay, and ask good questions :-)
Good luck.

My mentor used to say you must read at least two technical articles a week.
