I can't generate any more licenses for Student Catia V5 2018

I have successfully installed Catia onto my windows 64x laptop however, I can't get past licensing. I got the student version for free with their promo code. In this picture you can my two previous attempts at getting a license were successful, however these were for my old computer. I need to get a license for my new one however it won't let me.

What is the reason for this and what can I do?
