I cannot boolean my part file in Catia [after generating the CATIApart from my CATIAproduct]

Guys,
I'm trying to create a CATIApart from my CATIAproduct. I use "Generate CATPart from Product" in the Tools menu. Then, create a circle to boolean my CATIapart but get this errors for some bodies.

Element can not be cut: check its tangency contacts.

Modify body's contacts (use split or extrude one of the body).

I attached my files. Anybody could help to get ride of this mess.
