hi
we have a tower .
can we test it in hydrotest presure for second time?
ASME UG-99C is the STD Of hydrotest.

Yes, based on calculating the hydrostatic test pressure, and factoring in hydrostatic head on the vessel per UG-99 c. But why would you want to subject the vessel to a second hydrostatic test? Is this for a new vessel or one that has been in service?

I would make sure that the foundation of the "tower" can handle a hydrotest load condition before it is filled with water.

Check your General Arrangement Drawing for the tower there may be a routine test pressure listed, this is generally slightly lower than the new build test pressure.

If this vessel has seen any service then you should not use UG-99(c) as this is a NEW and cold test pressure. Rather use UG-99(b). As James01 points out there may be a routine test pressure shown on the drawing (or the nameplate).
