Hydrostatic Testing of !6" Gas Pipeline

Is there any difference in hydrostatic test pressure requirement under ANSI B31.8 Edition 1995 and 2000 for class 1, div 2 application? The total line is 34.5 Km which needs to be tested with water. Please advise whether we have to use 1.1 times the max operating pressure as per B 31.8 edition 1995 or else. Edition 2000 is not available with us, please help.
