Hydrostatic test - Zinc Refinery

I was looking for information about hydrostatic test in Zinc Refinery pipelines.

Is ASME B31.11 the right code for this application?

If not, what is the right code?

I was reading, and the pipelines for this application are made of HDPE (High density polyestirene) or Stainless Steel.

I'll be waiting for your comments.
