Dear all,

We are installing an HVAC system, recommended valves are of PN16 rating but there is no recommendation for flanges, now we are installing piping network - we are installing PN16 valves but we want to install flanges of PN10 is it alright??

Regards,

Hello,

You have to compare the two pressure class flange dimensions; the number of bolds, the Hcd ( hole circle diameter ) and diameter of the bolt holes must be the same to match.
Now I have done a quick check, DN200 and below will fit.
DN 250 and higher will not fit.
It now comes down to what diamter pipe you use.
Good luck

PN10 and PN16 have absolutely the same dimensions for most of diameters range, you have to worry about PN6.

of course, you have to check samples or specs before ordering it.
