Hi, I'm Xeros.

Our client request that corrosion rate shall be estimated using Shell's Hydrocor Model.

However, I could not find the information about Hydrocor Medel.

Is it a document? or software?

Please let me know the information about Hydrocor Medel incuding purchase method. (I could not find the information of Hydrocor in Shell's website)

It's a software of Shell; but i don't think that shell sell the software to anyone

Shell do sell Hydrocor - the last price I knew of was approximately USD 50,000. Contact Shell Global Solutions. If your client has the model, they can issue it to you under a confidentiality agreement but they should also arrange for you to receive training by Shell experts to use the model correctly.
