Hydrocarbon Thermodynamics Book

I am looking to purchase the second edition of Vol 2 of Applied Hydrocarbon Thermodynamics by Edmister and Lee. I think the copyright date is cira 1984 but it might be later.

I can find Vol 1 on amazon.com but not Vol. 2.

Publisher was Gulf Publishing which sold it's line of technical books to Eishmer (sorry about the spelling).

I assume the book must be out of publication so a used copy would be OK.

Anyone know a source to purchase this book?
