I am designing a hydraulic tensioner for tensioning studs and have a very high pressure of 2400 bar or 30,000psi.
Are there any all metal seals that will seal that ? Travel of 10 mm only and bore size about 3 inch

You can not use metal contact seaLS for dynamic applications, they will not work. You best bet is a spring loaded PTFE seal that incorporates a hard plastic backup ring, eg., PEEK. I have used these seals in high pressure linear applications successfully. Just make sure that when designing the seal gland that you use an open gland design in order to install the seal and backup ring.

I don’t believe any elastomer will work at these pressures. This is a link to a page where you can download a white paper about high pressure sealing. An aluminum bronze piston ring might be the best chance. Any seal material that has a yield strength lower than the operating pressure will fail.
