Hydraulic Fluid Compressibility vs. Boiling Point?

Hi I was interested in understanding what went into the design of hydraulic fluids. I was wondering if there was a trade-off between compressibility and fluid boiling point or breakdown temperature. Is it an inverse direct relationship or something else? I am interested in Glycol based fluids.
