We are looking to purchase equipment to do our own hydrant flow tests on a recently constructed project. There seem to be a lot of variations and different manufacturers. I understand the methodology will effect the results significantly, and have found ample resources on the how-to side, I'm just unsure about which brand/model we should purchase. Does anyone have recommendations on particular models or brands of equipment that they have used and had good success with? Links would even be better. Thanks!

Try Pollard Water products. That is what I have always used. I just have the standard pitot tube, gauged cap and hydrant wrench.
