HY-8 Windows version???

I have used and liked HY-8 to do culvert design but it is a DOS based program. When the office graded to Win XP HY-8 would longer run.

Is there or is there going to be a windows version of HY-8?

I'm not sure if there are plans for a Windows HY-8 but there are other programs out there. I've used Haestad Method's Culvert Master and I think it's a great program that's exremely user friendly.

You might try playing around with the execution properties of the program under XP. If you click Properies on the program, a non-XP compatible program will have a Compatibility tab, that allows you to change the way XP treats the program.

Sometimes it works out great, other times, not.
