HVAC CONTROL AIR COMPRESSOR

I am in search of reliable information on a duplex HVAC control air compressor system.
I am in a healthcare facility of approximately eight hundred thousand square feet.
Our old system has been rebuilt three times!and we have started to get oil out in our system!!!
Any information would be appreciated,please no salesman just end users.

What is a HVAC controlled air compressor system? Do you mean refrigerated air dryers? Or you want nonlubricated air compressors? Provide some details.
