If you are talking about running the same transformer at 60 Hz and 200 Hz, the impedance will be much higher at 200 Hz. Roughly 3 times greater, I would say, since nearly all of the impedance is leakage reactance which varies directly with frequency.
If you are talking about a transformer designed to operate at 200 Hz, I'm not sure, but I'm guessing it will work out to a similar percentage of the base MVA as a transformer designed for 60 Hz.
