human model in proe

i've downloaded some human model from proecentral and having trouble playing with the parameters (there's no many of them). anybody have any tips or somewhere i can source for short tutorial on that cos' i'm not familiar with pro/layout.

well, thanks for your help.. actually, i've found out about this when i went for a training in advanced method. the preset values really helps a lot rather than mannually editing the joint values.. it's really a headache figuring out the joint name and angle of each joints. too many parameters for me to handle..
