What specification and ASTM are you folks using for HSS shapes?

Still see A36 anchor rods on "current" plans.

Just anchor rods? Feels like half of the arch dwgs I see still say all steel shall confirm to A36. It's been A992 since what, '97ish?

I only do residential and light commercial. I usually only have four lines in my notes. Mainly, "see the building code", "means and methods", "verify dimensions", "no job site observation".
I will call out Epoxy and anchor rods and rebar grade on the detail itself. Nothing else is ever that critical.
Some of my competitors have 1 or 2 entire D-size sheets of notes for a house. The contractors hate it.
