how to use mathematica NDSolve with BC??? 1

hello
I am working on a project and i came up with an equation (2nd order dif.eq. with bc).I am using mathematica (try to learn) but for some reason i cannot get it to work.
My eguation is similar to the rectangular fin with finite length but i also have radiation.In addition K is a function of temperature and also Tinf changes...for half the fin it is 1000 and for the other half Tinf=25. I am using an If statement for this.
Anybody expert on mathematica can help?

you are new at the site too ha!!(just joined on friday!!). and you tried to answer my question!!
although i saw what they are doing am not sure it will work for my model.I hope i will find the answer in the books i found online.
